Come to a KNIFE SKILLS CLASS to learn how to use a knife properly, as long as you know how to hold a knife, you can cut all sorts of foods neatly and professionally, follow these simple steps and you can cut foods with ease and without cutting off your fingers, which is always good.
Always use a sharp knife as they can cut through the food with ease and wont slip and cut you as would a blunt knife.
If your chopping board slips while you are cutting a handy tip is to put a damp cloth underneath.
In this CLASS, you WILL LEARN a method to dice an onion using a technique I call The Claw, this method shows you how to hold your food so you won’t injure yourself.
I’ll also show you how to roughly chop a mushroom, plus other varieties of vegetable as well as meat.
You can bring your own knives and I will teach you how to sharpen them.
Restrictions: Ages 14 and Older.
Please note: Students under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

NOTE: No refunds, transfers, gift cards or credits will be issued for cancellations within 14 calendar days of the class date. We cannot provide refunds, transfers, or makeup sessions for classes missed because of illness, job loss, personal emergencies or events beyond our control.
When you register for a class, you reserve a slot that determines how much food we buy, how many work stations we set up and the total number of students, which determines whether the class will be held.
To cancel, you must notify us by phone/and or email, at least two weeks before the class is held. You can send another person in your place or transfer to another class (based upon availability). Or we will issue a T& T gift card redeemable for another class. This option is available only if you cancel at least 2 weeks before the scheduled class date.
We will be happy to send you the recipes for the class if you are unable to attend for any reason. Please forward your mailing address to us.
